Terms of Use

These Terms set out the rules for using the FRIDAY service — the Friday voice assistant (the “Service”, “we”). Please read them together with the Privacy Policy.

Access via organization

Your organization’s administrator creates your account.

Answers come from a language model and may contain errors.

Your content is yours

We use it only to run the Service.

01General provisions

These Terms apply to the website friday-assistant.com, the web dashboard admin.friday-assistant.com, the API api.friday-assistant.com and the Friday app for Android. The Service is provided by Valiantsin Levanovich, developer ValentinDev on Google Play (the “operator”).

By using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

02Access and account

  • FRIDAY is available to members of organizations. The account is created and invited by the organization’s administrator; there is no self-registration.
  • The organization’s administrator decides who gets access and which role to assign, and is responsible for keeping the member list up to date.
  • The account is personal. Do not share your password with others, and tell the administrator or us if you notice someone else signing in.
  • You are responsible for actions performed from your account.

03How the assistant works

  • Commands are interpreted by a language model. Its answers and actions may contain errors: check dates, recipients, amounts and other important data.
  • Emails and messages on your behalf are sent only after you confirm them. By confirming a send, you are responsible for its content and recipient.
  • Friday only prepares a call or a route: you start the call in the Phone app, and the route is built by the navigator you choose.
  • The assistant’s answers are not professional legal, medical, financial or other advice.

04Connected services

  • You connect Google and Telegram yourself and can revoke access at any time in the settings of those services or by asking us. FRIDAY acts in these services only on your command and within the permissions granted.
  • The use of connected services is also governed by their own terms, for example the Google and Telegram terms of service.
  • Viber, Phone and navigators open on your device as third-party apps; their developers are responsible for how they work.

The use and transfer by FRIDAY of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

05Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • break the law or the rights of other people, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
  • send spam or bulk or unsolicited emails or messages;
  • threaten, harass or insult other people, or impersonate another person;
  • gain access to other people’s accounts and data, or bypass the Service’s restrictions and safeguards;
  • create excessive load, extract data automatically or interfere with the operation of the Service.

06Your content

The rights to your commands, files, emails and messages remain with you or your organization. You give us a limited right to process this content only so that the Service can work: to carry out commands, store tasks and history, and deliver notifications.

We do not use your content or Google data to train artificial intelligence models.

07Pricing

The terms and price of connecting an organization are agreed separately in the contract with the organization. No payments are accepted on the website or in the app.

08Availability and changes to the Service

The Service is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running reliably, but interruptions are possible, for example for maintenance or because of failures of third-party services. We may change, add and disable features; we will notify organization administrators of material changes.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, for the consequences of actions you confirmed, for decisions made on the basis of the assistant’s answers without checking them, or for the operation of third-party services.

10Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.
  • The organization’s administrator can disable or delete your account.
  • We may suspend access if these Terms are violated or if the security of the Service and other users is at risk.
  • How data is deleted is described in the “Account and data deletion” section of the Privacy Policy.

11Privacy

How we process and protect data, including Google user data, is described in the Privacy Policy.

12Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The date of the current edition is shown at the top of the page. We will notify organization administrators of material changes in advance by email. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the new edition.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator resides. We try to resolve disputes through negotiation and, if that fails, in the court at the operator’s place of residence, unless the contract with the organization provides otherwise.
