You speak
Tap the microphone or say “Hello, Friday”. If speaking is inconvenient, type instead.
An administrator describes the organization’s structure once — levels, positions and managers. After that, it is enough to say: “Remind the department heads about the team meeting on Monday at 10:00” — and each of them gets their own task and a push notification.
Works with the services you already use
Friday does not just reply with text. It understands what needs to be done and carries out the action through FRIDAY tools — with the same checks as in the app.
Tap the microphone or say “Hello, Friday”. If speaking is inconvenient, type instead.
The recording is recognized on the FRIDAY server and deleted at once. From then on only the text of the command is used.
The language model decides what to do, and the FRIDAY server finds people by position, checks permissions and performs the action.
Shown on screen and spoken: who got the assignment and who was skipped.
In the web dashboard, the administrator sets up levels and positions, invites employees and assigns each one a position and a manager. Assignments, reminders and file access are built on this structure.
Grades follow the career ladder, from junior specialists to company management.
The names are yours: “Director”, “Accountant”, “Site foreman”. Each position is linked to a level.
Invitation by email, position, manager and skills. Outsiders without an invitation cannot get in.
Admin status, the right to assign tasks and file access are set per person.
Assign a task to a specific colleague, to everyone in a position or to your reports. Each person gets their own task with a reminder, and you get an honest report of who received it.
Say who should do what — Friday will find everyone in the position and create a task for each. If someone is outside your scope, Friday will say plainly who was skipped.
Reports at any level below you and colleagues at your own level.
The assignee gets a notification shortly after being assigned and again at the time of the reminder.
The administrator switches it on. Neither a position nor the administrator role grants this right by itself.
Reminders reach the assignee the way they set up: push, the organization’s Telegram bot or email. Tasks also appear in their Google Calendar if they turned that on.
Send a file and say what to do: calculate the totals of a spreadsheet, write a report, edit a contract or save it to the organization’s library. You can later find the document by voice — by name, description and text.
PDF, including scans, Word, Excel, TXT and photos of documents.
Reports and edits are always a new copy in DOCX, XLSX, PDF or TXT.
The assistant writes the name and description from the content, and you can edit them by hand. The document stays with the organization even if its author has left.
The administrator grants “View files” and “Manage files” separately. Without the right, an employee will not even see the names.
A document is data, not commands. The assistant does not follow instructions hidden inside a file: while a document is open in the conversation, risky actions are blocked. A file can be sent to Telegram or Gmail only after you confirm.
«Hello, Friday»
Hands busy, phone in a holder, you are driving or on a job site — just say the phrase and keep talking.
The wake-phrase model works without internet. Until the phrase is spoken, no sound leaves the device.
Replies to voice commands are read aloud by your phone’s built-in speech synthesizer.
After a reply you can continue straight away — there is no need to repeat “Hello, Friday”.
Background listening for the phrase is turned on in the settings. While it runs, Android shows a persistent notification.
Emails and messages go out only after you press “Send”. The server enforces this rule, not the language model.
The command recording is recognized on the FRIDAY server and deleted right after recognition. The audio is not shared with third parties.
Google tokens are stored encrypted, and passwords only as a hash. Connections are protected with HTTPS.
Email is not read automatically. Google data is not sold and is not used for advertising or to train AI models.
One organization’s data is not available to another. An employee sees only what they have permission to see.
Revoke access on the Google account permissions page at any time.
Use and transfer of Google API data comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Privacy PolicyFRIDAY works for organizations. Your organization’s administrator creates the account and sends an invitation by email. If your organization is not connected yet, write to [email protected].
Your reports — directly and through the levels below — and colleagues at your level, if the administrator has given you the “Can assign tasks to others” permission. Friday will skip everyone else and say plainly who was skipped and why.
Only members with the “View files” permission. A member with the “Manage files” permission can add and change documents; an administrator has both permissions by role. A document can be deleted only in the web dashboard.
The voice assistant is an Android app. The organization structure, members, files, profile and the Google and Telegram connections are in the web dashboard at admin.friday-assistant.com.
No. Gmail emails and Telegram messages are first prepared as a draft and shown to you. Sending happens only after you confirm — the FRIDAY server enforces this rule.
No. The phrase “Hello, Friday” is recognized on the phone without internet, and until it is spoken no sound is sent anywhere or stored. Background listening for the phrase is off by default; if you turn it on, Android shows a persistent notification.
Nowhere. The command recording is sent to the FRIDAY server, recognized and deleted at once. Only the text of the command and the assistant’s reply remain in the conversation history.
Only what your command needs: calendar events, the contact you are looking for, the emails you asked to send. The full list of permissions is in the Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked on the page myaccount.google.com/permissions.
A language model works out what the command means: it receives the text of the command and the data needed for the reply. Actions are carried out by the FRIDAY server through its tools — the model has no direct access to the database or your accounts.
Ask your organization’s administrator to delete the account, or write to us from your account’s email address. Tasks, reminders, settings and connected-service tokens are deleted together with the account. Details are in the “Account and data deletion” section of the Privacy Policy.
Tell us what your organization does and how many employees you have. We will connect FRIDAY and help you describe the structure and the first positions.
We will reply by phone, clarify your team’s tasks and help connect your organization to Friday.
